		<description>&lt;p&gt;I am not sure if there are any statistics on that. The Church pays a lot of good money and pressures its trusting parishners to keep these things quiet. And yet, one of Pope John Paul II’s best friends and a very high-up member of the Church has been said to have molested between 20 and 100 (what a range!) boys, &lt;strong&gt;by the church’s own admission&lt;/strong&gt;. 		<description>&lt;p&gt;Are there any statistics that show the likelihood of clergy to repeat abuse as opposed to other citizens?  I find this interesting enough to look into it further if you haven&#039;t already because the way the Church moves around offenders seems to imply that somehow they are different and will not repeat their offensive actions... or a total disregard for the consequences of such horrible actions.&lt;/p&gt;
