The Church pays a lot of good money and pressures its trusting parishners to keep these things quiet. And yet, one of Pope John Paul II’s best friends and a very high-up member of the Church has been said to have molested between 20 and 100 (what a range!) boys, <strong>by the church’s own admission</strong>.
